SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Every Studio Malina piece is handcrafted with care. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving payment. During peak periods or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you by email if that's the case.

Domestic Shipping (Czech Republic) Standard delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

EU Shipping Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping (outside EU) Standard delivery: 10–21 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Customs & Taxes Customers outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes according to their country's regulations. These charges are not included in the order price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [your email] within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll resolve the situation on a case-by-case basis.
